I have over 20 years working in social justice, movement organizations as an organizational leader, manager, organizer, and coach. For 11 years, I served as a Partner and Coach at The Management Center where I coached over 75 leaders across 65+ organizations to build more equitable, sustainable, and results-driven organizations. 

Prior to TMC, I led grassroots organizing and field programs at MoveOn.org where I was part of the historic campaign to pass the Affordable Care Act, and founded Greenpeace Semester, a nationally recognized, semester-long advanced training program for student activists.

I currently serve on the board executive committees at both the Alliance for Youth Organizing and Lift Every Voice Philly. In my spare time, I can be found at the baseball diamond cheering on my two children; organizing for local education justice; taking my energetic dog on long walks in West Philly; and reading or listening to a good book.
